Two action strategies

While we continue to invest directly in medical equipment firms, we felt it necessary to review our support strategy for therapeutic companies. Recent industry developments combined with financing issues specific to therapeutic firms prompted us to adopt a special action strategy to support these partner companies more effectively.

To underpin their international outreach with the necessary capital, we called on BioScience Managers Limited (BML) in March 2008 to administer our portfolio properties in pharmaceutical product development.
